Albuquerque
, N.M. - The Xavier University men's golf team finished in 15th place at the William H. Tucker Collegiate held at the University of New Mexico Championship Course in Albuquerque, N.M.  Michael Beausejour paced the Musketeers with rounds of 75-74-75 to finish in a tie for 35th place at eight over par.  

 

Freshman Peter O'Neil shot a pair of 74's and followed that up with a five-over par 77 and finished in a tie for 40th place with a nine-over par 225.  


 

 

 

Sophomore Alan Glynn shot a 12-over par 228 to finish in a tie for 54th place.

 

XU's lowest round of the event was shot by freshman Diego Tamayo when he fired a one-over par 73 in round two.  He finished with an 82 in the third round and placed 70th at 15-over.  

 

Xavier is back in action when the team hosts the 2007 Xavier Invitational from October 1-2 at Oasis Country Club in Loveland, Ohio.
