2006-07: Recorded a season-best 5K time of 20:34.80 at the Atlantic 10 Championships • Turned in a 6K time of 26:16 at the Rocky Mountain Shootout • Was a member of the 4x800 relay team that claimed the silver medal at the Atlantic 10 Outdoor Championships • Placed in the top-20 in every event competed in throughout track season except one • Placed third in the one-mile run at the Oiler Opener in 5:38.94 • Ran a season-best 2:22.67 800-meter at the Boston-Moon Classic.

2005-06: Ran a season-beat time of 2:23.12 800 at the Oliver Nikoloff Invitational • Had a season-best 19:54 5K at the National Catholic Championship.

2004-05: Ran a season-best 5K of 2:23.71 at the All-Ohio Outdoor Championship • In the fall ran a season-best 19:46.23 at the Greater Louisville Classic.
