2006-07: In the fall, ran a season-best times of 30:52 8K and 15:51.74 5K at the National Catholic Championships, and the Xavier Invitational, respectively • Turned in four top-20 finishes throughout track season • Brought home sixth place in the 800-meter dash at the Golden Flash Gala in 2:11.23.

2005-06: Turned in a season-best 2:06.48 800 at the Atlantic 10 Outdoor Championships • Finished the Fall season with a best time of 29:59 8K at the Loyola Lakefront Invitational • Ran a time of 2:07.87 800 at the Atlantic 10 Indoor Championships.

2004-05: During the Fall ran a season-best 17:51 at the Xavier Invitational.

High School: Won five state titles including one track, three cross country, and one in soccer. Ran the three mile in 16:11.
