2005-06: Ran a career-best 18:28 5K at the National Catholic Championship • Finished the One Mile Run at The Ohio State Invitational in 5:22.00 • In the Fall recorded a time of 23:06.9 6K at the NCAA Great Lakes Regional • Ran a 10:27.22 3,000 at the Atlantic 10 Indoor Championships.

2004-05: Ran a season-best 5:06.99 1500 at the All-Ohio Outdoor Championship • Recorded a time of 19:22.20 5K at the Kansas Relays • Ran a season-best 10:51.09 3K at the Bobcat Invitational • In the fall recorded a season-best 19:06 at the Atlantic 10 Championships.

2003-04: Ran a 19:18 5K at the Duquesne Invitational • Posted a new school record of 18:20 in the 5K.

High School: Finished a 5K with a time of 19:27 • Qualified for the regionals senior year for CC • Ran a 1600 in 5:43 • Coached by Mickey Mominee.
