2005-06: Turned in a season-best time of 10:13.94 3,000 Steeplechase at the Atlantic 10 Outdoor Championships • During the Fall ran a season-best time of 28:10 8K at the National Catholic Invitational • Recorded a season-best time of 9:28.24 3,000 at the Atlantic 10 Indoor Championships • Finished the 5,000-Meter run in a time of 16:56.40 at the All-Ohio Outdoor Championship.

2004-05: Ran a season-best 10:28 3K Steeplechase at the UC Early Bird Relays.
