2006-07: Saw action in five meets in the fall • Ran a season-best 5K time of 21:21 at the Flyer 5K Challenge and nearly hit that time again at the Falcon Cross Country Invitational, turning in a time of 21:21.10 • Recorded five top-20 finishes in the 3,000-meter run throughout track season • Turned in a season-best 3,000-meter time of 10:44.43 at the Boston-Moon Classic • Finished 14th at the Atlantic-10 Outdoor Championships in the 10,000-meter run in 38:56.96 • Was named to the 2006-07 Atlantic 10 Commissioners Honor Roll.

2005-06: In the Fall recorded a time of 19:50.7 5K in the Atlantic 10 Championships • Ran a season-best 19:22 5K at the Loyola Lakefront Invitational • Had a season-best time of 5:06.00 1,500 in the Cardinal Invitational • Recorded a time of 2:28.99 800 in the U.C. Early Bird Relays.

2004-05: Ran a 5:01 1500 at the Atlantic 10 Championships • Had a season best 18:54 5K at the Marv Frye Invitational • Ran a season-best 19:20 at the Greater Louisville Classic in the fall.

High School: Three time 4x800 relay champion • Six-time team state champion in CC and track.
