2006-07: Ran a season-best 5K time of 18:49.55 at the Atlantic 10 Championships, this time was the seventh best on the women's squad for the entire season • Turned in three top-20 finishes fin the fall• Recorded eight top-10 finishes during track season including a third place finish in the 3,000-meter run at the Boston-Moon Classic in 10:17.57 • Shaved nearly three minutes off her 10,000-meter run time for the Atlantic 10 Outdoor Championships recording a time of 37:16.70 and setting a new school record • Was named to the 2006-07 Atlantic 10 Commissioners Honor Roll.

2005-06: Ran a career-best 17:54 5K at the Loyola Lakefront Invitational • Turned in a fourth place finish in the Atlantic 10 Outdoor Championships in the 10,000-meter run with a time of 38:43.50 • Ran a season-best 10:46.88 3,000 at the Purdue Invitational • In the Fall recorded a time of 18:02.5 5K in the Atlantic 10 Championships.

2004-05: Ran a school-record 38:27 10K at the Atlantic 10 Championships • Had a season-best 18:28.78 5K at the Marv Frye Invitational • Ran 5:01.75 at the Bobcat Invitational • In the fall ran a season-best 18:36 at the Greater Louisville Classic.

High School: Ran a career-best half-marathon in 1:33:49 • All-State CC runner in Nebraska placing 9th at state • Coached by Mike Neeman.
