2005-06: During the Fall ran a season-best 27:32.13 8K at the Greater Louisville Classic • Turned in five top ten finishes in track competition • Recorded a season-best time of 10:27.30 3,000 Steeplechase at the U.C. Early Bird Relays.

2004-05: Ran a season-best 10:23 3K Steeplechase at the All-Ohio Outdoor Championship • Had a season-best 17:27.50 5K at the Kansas Relays. • During the fall ran a season-best 30:32 at the All-Ohio Championships.

High School: Ran a career-best 1600 in 4:40 • Finished with a time of 16:20 in the 5K • Coached by Jim Brant.
