CINCINNATI - Two members of the Xavier men's and women's swimming teams have been named to the Atlantic 10 Swimming and Diving Academic All-Conference Team as announced by the conference office Wednesday, March 5. Sophomore Martha Cutter-Wilson and senior Matt Krouse earned the honor in voting conducted by the conference's sports information directors.

Cutter-Wilson, a native of St. Paul, Minn., earned three silver medals at the 2008 A-10 Swimming and Diving Championship held in February. She set new school records in the 200 Breaststroke and 400 Individual Medley events along with being a part of school-record setting finishes by the 200 and 400 Medley Relay teams at the Championship.

Krouse, a native of Havertown, Pa., is a 2007-08 team captain and earned two silver medals at the 2008 A-10 Swimming and Diving Championship last month. He was a part of four record-setting relay teams at the Championship and swam in 10 different events over the course of the season.
