Michelle Sullivan begins her fourth year as an Assistant Athletic Trainer at Xavier. Sullivan's responsibilities include primary coverage of the baseball team in the spring and XU's volleyball team in the fall, as well as serving the needs of all student-athletes throughout the year. Sullivan came to Xavier from Wright State University where she spent the previous 11 years as an undergraduate and graduate student as well as an athletic trainer. She became a certified member of the National Athletic Trainers Association in 1994 and earned a B.S. in elementary education from Wright State in 1997. Sullivan continued her education at Wright State and earned a masters degree in Health, Physical Education and Recreation in 2000. Sullivan worked with women's volleyball, women's basketball and softball at WSU as an Assistant Athletic Trainer from 1997 to 2000 before being promoted to Coordinator of Athletic Training Services, a position she held until coming to Xavier. |
