Erin Kido is the Assistant Athletic Director for Compliance. Prior to arriving at Xavier this past summer, the 27-year-old Kido served as the Director of Compliance for the University of Oklahoma Department of Athletics.

While at Oklahoma, Kido played an integral role in building a strong, comprehensive compliance program that included broad-based rules education, as well as effective and efficient monitoring systems. She also oversaw the practice and competition eligibility of certification process for all student-athletes, and enhanced the rules education efforts by planning for and presenting at monthly Coaches' Roundtable meetings, biannual student-athlete education meetings and institutional staff education sessions.

In addition to her compliance experience at OU, Kido was the Compliance Graduate Assistant at Ohio State University. During her time at OSU Kido helped plan, develop and execute the comprehensive compliance education program for all coaches, student-athletes, athletics department staff members and boosters.

Kido received her bachelor's degree from UCLA in physiological science in 2002 and earned her master's degree in sport and exercise management from Ohio State in 2005.
